AE2 Fluid Crafting Rework
Add fluids directly to patterns!
Introduction
Automated crafting in Applied Energistics 2 is an amazing feature that many players love. However, working with fluids has always been challenging and inconvenient.
Previously, you had to place fluids in special containers or use dummy items to create patterns with fluids. This was because before version 1.16, AE2 didn't support fluids as full-fledged crafting ingredients.
Problem Solution
Now everything has changed! With the AE2 Fluid Crafting mod, you can freely create patterns with fluids.
Your AE system can now output and accept fluids just like regular items, without having to worry about how to handle fluid containers.
Installation
For version 1.7.10: Compatible with any version of AE2 (works with both the official version and the GTNH version). The Extra Cells mod is not required.
For version 1.12.2: Only PAE2 is supported. If you're playing with the official AE2 version, you can use the original AE2FC. You can seamlessly upgrade the original AE2FC in your existing save.
Quality of Life Features
- Direct fluid coding in the fluid pattern terminal using containers
- Right-clicking with a fluid container in the fluid pattern terminal adds the fluid to the pattern
- Extended fluid terminal with 16 inputs and 4 outputs
- "Multi-craft" buttons work with fluid quantities as well
- Fixed most crashes and bugs when working with PAE2 in version 1.12.2
