A New Era of Lightsabers
Welcome to update 1.1 "Dawn of the Force" for the Advanced Lightsabers mod! This massive expansion completely transforms the possibilities of lightsabers in Minecraft, adding powerful Force abilities and incredible weapon variety.
Now you and your friends can master the ways of the Force, explore new structures, and create unique hilt combinations. The total number of possible lightsaber variations has reached a staggering 67 trillion!
The fate of the galaxy is in your hands - will you become a protector of the Light Side or succumb to the temptations of the Dark Side?
The Force is With You
Unlock 13 unique Force abilities that can be upgraded using holocrons found in the world. You'll gain Force XP alongside regular XP to unlock and enhance abilities, as well as increase your overall Force Mastery level.
Dark Side Powers
- Drain Life: Use the Dark Side to extract life energy from enemies and heal yourself!
- Electric Shock: Shoot lightning from your fingertips, just like the Emperor!
- Crush: Use the Force to crush opponents' internal organs!
Light Side Powers
- Healing: Influence the midichlorians in your body for rapid cell regeneration
- Fortification: Concentrate your mind to withstand attacks from even the strongest Sith
- Stunning: Channel the Force into an enemy's mind, temporarily immobilizing them
Universal Abilities
- Stealth: Bend light around yourself, becoming invisible
- Speed: Increase your agility and swiftness using the Force
- Sensitivity: Sense the presence of living beings through the Force
New Lightsaber Sets
Added four exclusive hilt sets:
- Juggernaut: Let the False Emperor's hatred flow through you
- Fury: Master Mace Windu's aggressive balance
- Mechanical: Recreate the Empire's most fearsome lightsaber
- Mandalorian: When beskar isn't enough - wield the legendary Darksaber
Jedi Temples and New Structures
Jedi Temples can be found in most temperate biomes. They contain valuable light forcestone for forges, holocrons for Force training, and hidden chests with lightsaber components.
Enhanced Management System
- Updated graphical lightsaber forge with two variants: Light and Dark Side
- Ability management system: All unlocked Force abilities can be switched using the 'F' key
- Hilt validation: Impossible combinations can no longer be created
- New audio for Sith ghosts
Core Mod Features
3D Lightsaber Visualization
Realistic lightsabers with lighting and sound effects. Toggle on/off with shift+right-click while holding.
Double-Bladed Lightsabers
Combine two lightsabers in a crafting grid to create double-bladed weapons that deal area damage.
Weapon Customization
9 unique lightsaber sets with interchangeable parts, 18 color crystals, and 4 focusing crystals that give blades special properties.
Special Crystals
- Compressed Focusing Crystal: Creates a thin blade resembling a rapier
- Cracked Kyber Crystal: Gives an unstable "fiery" blade like Kylo Ren's
- Inverting Crystal: Creates a black inner blade like the Darksaber
- Fine-Cut Crystal: Gives a thin blade similar to a sword
World Generation
Lightsaber crystals generate only in special crystal caves. Sith tombs are hidden deep in deserts, containing treasures of forgotten Sith lords.
Loot Integration
Lightsaber components are fully integrated into loot generation from chests in villages, strongholds, dungeons, desert and jungle temples.
Beginning Your Journey
To start your training, create a lightsaber forge requiring light or dark forcestone. Gather hilt components and lightsaber crystals that can be found in dungeon chests, villages, crystal caves, or depths of cursed Sith tombs.
