Squake: Ari's fork

Adds Quake-style movement elements to Minecraft - bunnyhopping and air maneuvering. This is an updated version of the squake mod from developer squeek502.

Why was another version needed?

Many existing squake forks have shortcomings: lack of a hotkey to switch movement mode, non-working sharking function, or overly complicated code with unnecessary network handlers.

This version combines modern movement code with preservation of all functions and structure of the original mod.
