Ability Upgrade - Cobblemon: Crafting Ability Patch and Capsule

This modification adds crafting recipes for Ability Patch and Capsule in the Cobblemon game. Now you can create these useful items directly in your world using upgrade templates that are also used on the popular Battlecraft SMP server.
