AARandomLensBlocker - Actually Additions Addon

This mod blocks the popular disc 11 easter egg for the disruption lens from the Actually Additions mod. This functionality prevents accidental or intentional use of this mechanism that converts items into random objects, which disrupts balance in any modpack.

It's important to note that this addon works server-side only, so installing it on the server is sufficient to achieve the effect throughout the entire gaming session.
